I got only 60 marks in chemistry in HS and 30 in maths. Can I do B.Sc chemistry in Dibrugarh University? I am from ST category.

No, you won't be able to, because overall you need to get 60% and by this score it won't happen. Although, you won't be eligible. As you can give the entrance, but with this marks you will not be considered eligible unless you get 90 in physics.
