I got overall 5 bands. Can I pursue graphic design from Canada?

I got overall 5 bands (L-5, R-5.5, W-5, and Speaking-5). I have scored 32.15 percentile rank in SSC and 19.70 percentile rank in HSC. I completed B.Sc (IT) with 7.38 CGPA (0 backlogs). I want to study graphic design in from Canada.

You would need to find a college that admits students with the scores you have got. Generally, for UG courses the minimum requirement to study in Canada is overall 6 bands.
