I got overall 6.5 band score but I got 5.5 in speaking. Can I apply for visa? Apart from this, I have good grades in 10th and 12th.

Hi, you have not mentioned the country in which you are applying for a visa. Generally, you need to have an overall IELTS score of 6.5 to apply for undergraduate education courses in a country such as Canada.
