I got overall 72% in 12th boards but failed in physics but passed after doing Diploma then B.Tech. Will there be any placement problem?

Few of the Companies consider the 10th and 12th marks when hiring. The marks are just to shortlist the candidates as they may not matter afterwards. But, Most of the companies looks for the candidates who scored at least 60% in 12th
