I got placed at TCS and ATOS. Which would be better for me between TCS & ATOS or should I opt for MCA as I am from B.Sc (IT) background?

Both the organizations mentioned by you are equally good and thus it will be very difficult to tell which one will be the best option. However, we can help you with the parameters that you can keep in mind while choosing an organization. You can consider the below parameters :
1) HR policies
2) Perks and benefits
3) Growth prospects
4) Tenurity
5) Renumeration
6) Infrastructure
7) Success Rate.
Also, if possible go through the employee speak section to get an idea what the alumni thinks about the institute. Always remember, you should pursue a stream/course based on two things :
-your career goal
-the type of job you want to do
