I got placed in a telecom company as a BTS site trainee engineer. I want to know my future career growth in the same field? i am in dilema because i recently appeared for National level aptitude test and got 99%ile at national level, hence thinking to join the software industry.

nowdays very hard or from many yrs its very hard to get stability in software industry !!.just engage in telecom sector.u ll get stability .see for first stability in MNC.
