Yes, with a rank of 14146 in LPUNEST, you still have a good chance of getting admission in Computer Science and Engineering at Lovely Professional University (LPU). This is difficult to say through rank. Let's go through marks, if you have around 50% marks, you'll get CSE very easily. Around 40%, then possibly in the second round, less than that will have very less chances. Though, I suggest you a better option than to wait for counselling, just go through the
