I got rank2843 in JEE Mains paper 2 in SC category. Can I get admission in NITs?

I guess, yes. Anyone under 10000 rank is eligible for the admission and since you are an SC, you have more options and chances available. Just apply once you feel like and you are ready to go. BTW, congrats 2843 is a great score.
