I got refusal from Canada in 2018 in non SDS but after that, I did B.Com with first division in 2022. Can I apply for visa in SDS category?

I got 6.5 not less than 6. My father has government job we have almost 17 Lacs itr per year. My previous refusal reason was language ability.
