I got RT in maths. Can I clear my compartment exam? Can I apply for different govt. college's counseling for B.Tech this year?

Yes, you can get admission at a college after clearing your compartment in mathematics. A new marksheet will be issued too you with new scores and it will not mention anything about the compartment. The only difference would be the date on the marksheet.
