I got RT in physics and I had 6 subjects in 12th. I passed in 5 subjects with 60%+. Can I pursue BA LLB?

<p>Even if you failed to pass Physics you can still do BA LLB. The Bar Council of India (BCI) demands 45% or more comprising marks in 10+2 or an equivalent examination for admission from any recognised board. School leavers are eligible if they passed 5 subjects with 60 percent and above as per the above table. As we saw from the previous BCI, there isn't a provision stating that a student has to pass all the subjects offered, which translates to there being six of them, here. However, it is recognised that some universities might have added prerequisites, and therefore, this should well be consulted from the particular university or the law school of your unique interest. In common parlance however, the process for aspiring lawyers begins with an entrance test like CLAT, AILET or LSAT and then Counseling.</p>
