I got SC category rank 24219 and CRL - 300000 approximately can I get admission in DTU Delhi I am Delhi outsider.

    I don't think so as you are an outside Delhi student. My friend who got the same rank gets admitted in DTU in spot counselling and he was a Delhi Student.
