I got seat in SVNIT, Surat in electrical engineering. How is it? Is it advisable to join there or go for 2nd round of JOSAA counseling?

Congratulations. You don't have to join now. Now just accept the seat and report to your the nearest reporting centre and choose the option from "Float" or "Slide" (as per your choice).
As you may get your higher preferred choice (which you have filled) in next coming rounds and if you don't get any higher preference then this choice will be allotted to you.
