I got selected at welingkar Bangalore however could not pay the fees on time and was unable to book my seat. Is there any solution now ?

Well, technically speaking you are out of process now.
Put a mail to the authorities, see if they can help. -
You should talk to the concerned authorities.

Unfortunately, if you don't book your seats by paying the fees then now onwards you won't be considered for any shortlists. Still you can call in the admin office and try and have a word with them about the situation listen to what they say.
