I got selected for admission in Christ. I have submit the 1st year fees by 16 feb 2016. how to get recommendation letter for loan?

Only after you pay the fees for the first year, you would be given an acknowledgment form of the total fee of the course. With this form, you can approach your personal bank and get your loan. Once the loan gets approved, bank would deposit the first year fee as reimbursement and shall pay the second year fee whenever required. You can get that recommendation letter at the admission desk itself on demand during the fee payment process.
