I got selected in GD PI in pesit..but problem is my % is in 50s in 12th and BE and one year back in BE..can i stil be placed in good cmpny??

yes why not,you are in a management field and management field is all about your communication skills,your ability to convince people and much more and this is what companies are looking for and if you have these skills then you can definitely get into a good company.
