I got selected in IHM, Goa top institute but I want to know if there're hi-fi jobs available after B.Sc in foreign countries or not?

I have completed my 12th from (CBSE) and waiting for the result. Also, my AIR is 8435 in NCHMCT JEE 2018.

Yes. You can get really good jobs outside India after completing this course. But, this would depend on how well you learn during your training. And the skills you develop.
