I got top 20 percentile in state in this year. Am I eligible for JoSAA counselling in 2024?

    Yes. You're eligible  for JoSAA counselling. JOSAA Clearly mentions that if 75% is not fulfilled then you must be in Top 20 percentile as will be declared by the respective boards after declaration of result.
