I got transfer in SGSITS in IP engineering branch. Should I go for it?

I am currently studying in IGEC govt. engineering college in ECE branch but I am getting transfer in SGSITS Indore in IP branch.

    Depends on which branch you are getting transferred. If you are doing it from CSE just for the sake of a good college, I'll not suggest it. Frankly, Industrial and Production engineering is something can be easily learnt and done after the graduation. It comes more from experience and exposure rather than Degree. Also, in GSITS, IP does not have a big name, so I'll not suggest it.

    IP branch has not got that good reputation in our college but still if you have interest in mechanical related things then you are going to get nice environment. Also clubs like Baja, F1 racers are there which will give you many things to learn.
