I got UPSEE BC 5753 rank. Can I get KIET under FW seat?

Please mention your general rank. With the BC rank of 5700 it is difficult to get fee waiver seat. Also, it depends upon the branch you are interested in.

My general rank is 19980 and I want CSE. If it's not possible so which branch will I get in FW?
