I got very less % in class 12th. Should I drop one year to give improvement and take admission in regular college next year?

Don't waste your one year. Do some Diploma and complete your graduation from private colleges and work hard.

only dropping a year for improvement exams will be waste as u can also take some coaching classes of some course.
