i got yearback in 1 year only,is their any rule n regulation of taking readmission in 1 st year only with new UNIVERSITY SEAT NUMBER?????

1 sem i got 4 back in sem i got 4 back again but somehow i managed to clear 1 subject of 1 sem. totally i got 7 back.so tell me how is it possible??
