I graduate btech with 60 percent how many percentile need in cat to get admission in best cat college

All the IIMs have cutoff of 60% in graduation marks, if you are below 60% you might not receive interview call even if you score 100 percentile in CAT. If you have more than 60% you are just on the borderline of the cutoff and you will miss out on points for graduation. Hence to compensate for that
