Yes, you can do MBA. Distance education would be the best mode for you as you must be in a job somewhere. You can choose from Symbiosis, SMU, ICFAI, IGNOU. I suggest you choose the specialization subject which can support & foster your previous work experience in your future career.

Yes you can but there are very few colleges offering MBA to a student who has done graduation more than 10 years before.
