I had 1 backlog in my B.Tech due to medical reasons. My overall academic score is 77%. Will I be able to get a university in Canada for MS?

You won't be able to pursue any course abroad unless you clear your backlog. I suggest clearing your backlogs first and then applying in your desired college.
