4 years agoHello Guna, once a student clears all his backlogs he is on par with his other batchmates who have passed graduation of engineering without any backlogs. However there are some institutions which insist that they will admit students who have passed their exams without any backlogs only. In such cases you will not be eligible to seek admission. However at the government will level no such restrictions have been put by any of the states in India at least at the moment. You are therefore eligible to seek admission through TANCET21.
