I had 11 arrears in BE mechanical degree but finished within 4 years. Can I study GRE, IELTS and TOEFL. Am I eligible for MS?

My BE score was 6.9 CGPA.

    For GRE IELTS & TOEFL you won't face any issues, as I've already given 2 of the tests mentioned above I know about the whole process they don't even ask about which college you're studying at, all you need is a valid passport. Talking about MS, yes, there will be hurdles but you can put the final degree as still awaiting.

    Hello Ashwath,
    11 arrears in engineering may affect your application for MS but I would recommend you to go for it. You can always have a chance to cover it up with your extra curricular activities, projects or any other innovation you've been part of. There are some good universities in US and Canada who focuses on overall personality of students rather than their academic scores. Having said that, I would suggest you to achieve high scores in GRE and other exams you've mentioned.
