I had 13 backlogs in my B.Tech but I have cleared all of them in 8 yrs. Do I have any chance to get admission for PG admin. in Canada?

Yes, of course you can get admission in Canada. But, you might not get admitted in a top ranked College. You will have to build your profile and a strong application to get admitted in a good college. I am curious, why do you particularly want to go to Canada only?
