I had 18 backlogs throughout my B.Tech. I want to apply for MS in UK or Australia. In which university can my application get accepted?

I am afraid 18 backlogs are too much to be accepted for any programme, let alone MS in any foreign country. Clear your backlogs first or pursue something else that is easy to clear like B.A.
