I had 2 year gap after b.tech (e.c.e) as i m go for govt job exam like ibps,ssc but didn't get success.now wt to do for getting pvt. job ?

Please suggest me what to do to get entry into mnc ? any job oriented course or something?.as i already having a big hurdle of 2 years gap .
