I had 20 backlogs in my engineering and cleared them completely, now I am graduated. Can I get TIER-1 MAT colleges with good MAT scores?

My engineering percentage is 60.8%, 12th-69.6% and 10th-73.6%. I have no work experience. Can I get admission to XIME Bangalore or Great Lakes, Chennai with a 75+ percentile in MAT?

    Of course, but chances are for XIME that too with 85+ score.
