I had 30 backlogs in Diploma but I cleared it with 6.93CGPA. Can I get visa for my further studies in New Zealand?

You can apply with your consolidated mark sheet, you will get admission. Once you get admission, you will surely get visa. You need not worry about back logs. Only thing you need is IELTS required score and completion of your course. This is possible in New Zealand.
