I had 6 subjects in 12th and I passed all of them except maths. Can I do B.Sc (maths, physics and chemistry)?

You have to qualify in the 12th examination. Otherwise, you can't apply for a Degree Class.

First, you need to give compartment exam, and clear your last remaining paper and then try for your Bachelor's degree.

First of all, you must write supplementary examinations and pass out you mathematics subject too, and then you can go for Bachelor's study.

No, you cannot do an undergraduate course in B.Sc, unless you have a passing certificate from the respective boards (class 12th).

You can because since you had 6 subjects it means that CBSE has declared you pass in 12th exams on the basis of the rest 5 subjects. So go and check for the individual college requirement for your course.

No, you cannot do an undergraduate course in B.Sc. Unless you have a passing certificate from the respective board, you gave your exams which the board provides only when you have passed all your class 12th exams.
