I had 6 subjects in 12th and I passed all of them except maths. Can I do B.Sc (maths, physics and chemistry)?

First, you need to give compartment exam, and clear your last remaining paper and then try for your Bachelor's degree. -
You have to qualify in the 12th examination. Otherwise, you can't apply for a Degree Class. -
First of all, you must write supplementary examinations and pass out you mathematics subject too, and then you can go for Bachelor's study.

You can because since you had 6 subjects it means that CBSE has declared you pass in 12th exams on the basis of the rest 5 subjects. So go and check for the individual college requirement for your course. -
