I had 7 backlogs in engineering. I've completed mechanical engineering with 6.4 CGPA. Will I get admission for MS abroad?

You can get admission abroad only after clearing your entire backlogs. Without clearing all the exams, you will not be eligible for admission in foreign universities. Also you have to clear IELTS exam with good scores.
