I had a back in physics in 2014 but in 2015, I couldn't clear it. Last year, I left my exams. Can I fill the back form now?

I have passed 2nd and 3rd year of B.Sc but 1st-year is pending. Last year instead of back, I filled ex- form. Can I put back the form now?
