I had a failure of 2yrs in my undergraduate degree(BCA) due to some reasons? Will it affect to study abroad?
I want to do MS in IT abroad but I failed 2 times in BCA-2. But i have 60% of average in it. Will it affect my future education?? I want to know to know the 12+2 percentage for foreign studies...Please help me for my question..
