I had a gap of 2 years between my 12th standard and graduation. Will there be any problem to get admission in FMS for MBA?

This will not be a problem if you can justify with reasons for the gap.

Having an year gap isn't a problem, the only thing is that the reason should be genuine or you should have done some productive work during those 2 years. It won't have a direct impact on your selection in FMS. Score a good percentile, ace in your Extempore and PI and you will have great chances to get into FMS.
