Dear Ashwini Singh, Good to know that you are considering Web Design as Career. There is a tremendous prospect in the segment and there are lot of good Multimedia institutes offering skill development in the segment. Do your own research, as there is no authentic list available. Usually Arena, MAAC, Zica, Frameboxx etc are national level institutes, which are considered good. Although these are all location specific depending upon Faculty, Infrastructure, Placement Track Record and other parameters. You may do a skill development program in Web & Graphic with skills in Creating Illustrations, Image Editing, Web Site Publishing, HTML, Java Scripts, Flash Animation with Action Scripts, Joomla, PHP, HTML 5.0 etc. There are lot of good Multimedia Academies across the country who offer skill development .
