i had a kt in my last semester of engineering.which has been cleared.so am i eligible for NMIMS this year i.e 2016-2018.

Yes, you are. You will need the marksheet and migration certificate though.

Yes, If the KT is cleared and you have got a new marksheet for that semester with the revised marks, then you are eligible and theres no issues.
