I had arts in 12th and currently in BBA final year. Can I get admission through CAT, MAT, XAT in IIFT, IIM, FMS and other colleges?

Most of the colleges now a days are looking for diversity in academics and work experience. Considering your graduation in BBA and arts background, you have very good chances of getting calls and converting them. So, keep your hopes high.

Yes, sure you can prepare well for it with consistency and intensity. For the selection process, they judge your 10th,12th marks, internship, project work. It doesn't matter at all that from which stream you did your 12th.
