I had arts stream and pursuing English (Hons.) currently. Can I pursue MBA after graduation?

Yes, it is possible. You have to only secure at least 50% in graduation and good percentile in any entrance exam of MBA.

It's absolutely fine. You don't need to be from a specific stream. All you have to do is work hard.
