I had been allotted IIT-Jammu in 1st round. I kept floating and then I got IIT-Palakkad in 2nd round, it was my 1st preference. What to do?

If you want you can join IIT-Palakkad, but the college is still in development, and hence it may not be the best when it comes to infrastructure, but the teaching standards are still very good.
