I had cancelled my addmission for Bsc IT after 1yr but they told the 12th marksheet is with the university so Hw could I get my marksheet

They told that the marksheet is with the university as I had filled the enrollment form and I wud receive it only after 6 months How could I get my marksheet earlier?

Dear student, So far my knowledge goes officially they can not hold your +2 mark sheet for a period as you have enrolled in a course and thereby cancelled it. for some reason or other.. I think there is a communication gap. Pl. meet the concerned official or even with his superior to resolve your i
