i had completed 1st year BSc and in 1997 and wnat to continue the same can i complete in another 2 years now?

Hi Snjit, You are not eligible to do so after a gap of 14 years. The maximum period alloed is 3 years. Curriculum changes once in three years. 4 cycles of change must have happened .. so my sincere suggestion to you is to start a fresh and go from there.
