I had completed B.Com and planning for Canada in banking and finance course. What are the requirements or working experience for the same?

You will need atleast 2 years of work experience to get into a top or reputed university for MBA. Try to get a job in finance sector since you are from that background. There is no particular job that you have to do but see that is relevant to your background and what you want to do.
