I had completed by BA in Psychology in 1988. Want to now finish my MA. Can u suggest the addmission process and eligibility criterion

Apart form what Ms Chhavi Gupta has rightly advised, you can also take admission as a private candidate in the University near your place.

At this stage you can complete your study with distance learning. IGNOU is best option for Doing MA psychology
