i had completed diploma in electrical and electronics. can i join B.Sc electronics evening college????

here in bangalore for B.E evening electrical and electronics only one college is there and limited seats there s no hopes of getting seats. plz can anyone help suggesting me... M 24yrs old now and i need to work and study
