I had completed Diploma in Mechatronics in 2011 after my matriculation, now is it possible to do B.Tech in IT

I did matriculation in 2008 then did Diploma in Mechatronics From NTTF at R.D.Tata Technical Education Centre and currently doing job in industry. But now I want to do Engineering in IT(Information Technology) and didn't completed 2, So is there any way to do engineering Sir.
