I had completed ITI course in 1994 and want to do B.Tech?

It's very interesting and nice to know that in spite of so many years that are gone since you studied your ITI, you are still interested in doing your B.Tech. However I am afraid with the present rules of the study in India you would be agebarred to join any normal college for regular studies. This makes only the distance education available for you.
