I had completed my 11th class in PCB I am in 12th now so for which exams I should start preparing TSEmcet or NEET.

Interested in all the fields in Science, I had completed my 11th class with A grade.

    Hello Rahul, you must go for NEET exam. As NEET is the only exam through which you can take admission in the Medical field. NEET Paper is prepared in a very balanced way. 70% questions are of average level. Examiner always tries to put time taking questions in 1st pages of every section, so that you can waste your time and get panicked during initial 1st hour of the exam. The syllabus of NEET and other state wise exam is almost same. So, I suggest you to go for NEET.

    You should start preparing for NEET, because it is a big exam and it covers whole syllabus of class 11th and class 12th. You can also get help in appearing other exam through your NEET preparation, as syllabus of other exam are also same.
